Christie has been refinishing and reviving furniture for over 25 years and is well known, in both Alberta and British Columbia for her creative designs, knowledge of refinishing as well as the quality of her work and attention to detail,
She passionately takes on every single piece and transforms it into a one of a kind, artistically inspired work of art.
From modern and clean, to rustic and vintage, hand painted detail or just simple and classic, these pieces can function in their everyday purpose while being enjoyed for years to come.
In 2013, Christie became a Retail Trainer for The Miss Mustard Seed's Milk Paint line, providing intensive 2 day paint training for new retailers carrying the brand.
That same year, she also become a Merchant Educator for the FUSION Mineral Paint line, providing paint training for new paint merchants.
Christie has been featured in numerous newspapers and magazine articles, as well as interviewed on CBC radio. Her business model and logo were featured in a University Business Marketing program and in 2018, Christie was nominated for Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Qualicum Beach Community Awards.
Christie couldn't have done any of this without the help and support of her husband Craig, who has always been behind the scenes sanding, furniture repair and helping run the business.
In 2017, Craig left the confines of the garage and came into ReVived Vintage full time, making it not only an even better shop with his fresh ideas and corporate career experience, but also a true family run, passion driven small business
